Welcome to Disco Studio 

Disco Studio is an all women's fitness space built on the belief that movement should feel as empowering as it is enjoyable! 

What began with dance inspired weighted workouts has evolved into a curated mix of Pilates, HIIT, Strength & resistance. Each class is designed to challenge, uplift and connect. 

Our small group sessions keep things personal, while our collective of freelance instructors bring fresh energy, expertise and individuality to every workout. 

The atmosphere is positive, professional and light! Where music motivates, women support each other and confidence builds naturally.
